About the UC

Praise Service

On Wednesdays at 7:00pm at the UC we gather to be transformed through worshiping God in song and encountering His Word. This a great opportunity to be challenged to grow deeper in our faith and get spiritually recharged.

Praise on the Plaza

On Sundays at 9:00pm we gather to worship God and share our faith with one another on campus. This is a great reminder that God is not confined to the four walls of the Church building and the best way to start the week.

Leadership in Training (LIT)

Sunday nights at 8:00pm in Suite 1600 in the Student Union we gather to think about the meaning of Christian leadership and how that subverts worldly ideas of leadership. We also discuss and help different UC events.

Sunday morning Church at SCoC

On Sundays at 10:00am we gather with the Stillwater Church of Christ to worship God and be brought back into God’s story for the world through communion with our greater Christian family. This is a great opportunity for intergenerational interaction, getting to know mature Christians from a variety of backgrounds.

We also have smaller gatherings throughout the week to live out our moto of Belong. Believe. Become.

  • Freshmen HUDL Groups: These groups gather once a week to help freshmen connected with each other, upperclassmen, and most importantly God.

  • HUDL Groups: These smaller groups seek to experience transformation in the whole of life by asking the questions: What is God teaching me, how am I going to respond to it, and who can I share it with?

  • Celebrate Recovery (CR) Groups: These groups seek to address the hurts, habits, and hang ups that distance us from God through transformative Christian accountability.

We do all this and so much more (retreats, mission trips, game nights, etc.) so that we can live out our lives on campus in such a way that it “declares the praises of him who called us out of darkness into His wonderful light” (1 Peter 2:9). Come join us!
